KieTek manufactures several Ball Transfer models that are completely interchangeable with most other Ball Transfer Units (BTUs) in the application. BTUs make it possible to move loads horizontally in any direction, safely and quickly, with conveying speeds in excess of two meters per second.
 
KieTek BTUs roll freely indoors and out, with capacities ranging from 25 lbs. to more than 800 lbs. each. Models range from complete stainless steel and zinc-plated to thermoplastic for air cargo handling.

KIETEK CUBE TRANSFERS

KieTek Cube Transfers
The Cube Concept was designed to fit steel grating, fiberglass grating and cut, stamped and machined metal. It is intended for applications where a metal-bottom pallet or container is to be conveyed over the bed, and can accommodate all palletized freight for manual material conveyance. When installed in fiberglass grating, the Cube Concept offers significant noise reduction as compared with metal decks when air cargo containers are conveyed over their surface.
 
There are two cube products—ball transfers and rollers—and each is available in two models.

The omni-directional Cube Ball Transfer Unit (BTU) is manufactured with the same high quality as the Round Thermoplastic Housing BTU and has a load capacity of 500 lbs. The KO1D0 BTU has a two-year warranty.
 
The bi-directional Cube Roller Transfer is manufactured in four models: Super Duty, Heavy Duty, Medium Duty and Light Duty. The JO111 Super Duty is rated for 500 lbs., with a steel roller turning on precision sealed bearings. The JO312 Light Duty is rated for 50 lbs. and is turning on Teflon bushings. Both have a two-year warranty.
