KieTek provides Trailer Roller Bed Systems in three versions: permanent, drop-in and fold-up.

PERMANENT

The permanent Trailer Roller Bed System is installed in the floor of a trailer. We provide the plank in a kit form, with roller cubes and retainers.

DROP-IN

The drop-in version consists of gates that are laid on the floor of a trailer. Two gates make one position (one ULD container) and can be installed in a matter of minutes. Spreader bars and nose pieces are used for spacing and holding them in place.

FOLD-UP

The fold-up version has side guides that are bolted to the floor and a gate that hinges from the side guide, allowing the gate to be folded up and secured to the inside of the trailer when not in use.

The three options offer considerable flexibility when compared with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. KieTek offers the most quality for your investment, when initial cost is an issue, as our systems focus on maintenance reduction and simplicity.
